BRIEF: Conversion of a one-bedroom garden flat into a two-bedroom garden flat.
DESCRIPTION: Complete internal redesign of a run down one bedroom flat in South East London. The property’s internal layout was altered to provide a clean and simple internal navigation, including two double bedrooms with the addition of a brick extension into the rear garden. The new design allowed for the open plan kitchen/living room to open up directly onto the garden increasing the natural light into the property and vastly improving the quality of the internal space.
